what do your parents think?????
of you running down the hallway
screaming like a banshee
"no fucking allowance
and the ghettos are aflame"
well don't you point a crooked finger
never sign a maiden name
pseudonyms don't leave a footprint
nothing to track no one to blame
Tell ya what i think
you plant seeds for forgiveness
i will pray for rain to drink
harvesting the mother earth
fertilize her bastard dirt
man must shovel his own worth
plow your future
i lost the rest of the words somewhere at work... the place is eating my soul away. had to call out sick today but got to finish the sonic youth biography. very sad how they had been together almost twenty years and people were still walking away at their bigger shows. there is only enough room for the baby prostitutes of mtv and reality show trash to occupy america's deep fried heart. - nate

Admiral
These days we play in a tuning called Admiral. It's pretty neat because I find lovely chords that are comparable to the record The Queen is Dead by the Smiths, which I haven't listened to in a very long time! Nathan burnt me the record two summers ago. At that time, I didn't care much about the CD's I had in my car, so it ended up underneath the passenger seat faced down on the carpet. Eventually the CD was damaged and unlistenable. Anyways, every now and then I can also find a brutal combination of notes that sounds like something from Atomizer by Big Black, which can be very liberating, especially with Jon banging on the drums.
